Back, Forward, Refresh, Stop, Home, Print, Configure, and Scan buttons (not implemented on this demo page)
toolbar buttons are cycled through, then the links in the page are cycled through !!!! (not here)
page scrolls with highlighted button or link (not implement on this demo page)
Multiple keyboard commands: B, F, R, S, H, P, C, S ... and <ENTER> for launching currently highlighted button or link
(note that on this demo page, only <ENTER> does any thing)
page's current thread terminates on link activation (ie. page change) (thanks to JavaScript phenom, Kris Jordan!)
"strange" global variable issue solved (again, thanks Kris!)
image links now highlighted during scan iteration, just as text links have been
link scan starts automatically
highlighted link destination transferred to url text area
"HTB_" prefix applied uniformly to variable and function names to avoid XUL namespace conflicts
link opens new page in same window (actually, document) (thanks to Brad Davis!)
linger over 1st button / 1st link an extra second

Next issues to solve:

better image highlighting
mouseovers simulated to provoke DHTML content (eg. see www.unc.edu)
clean up code

map keycodes to switch
user configuration wizard
Intelligent page viewing (partition web page into logical sections of prioritized, grouped links)
